At Jennuine Designs, we take great pride in the quality and care that goes into every handmade item. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as you received them.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Used items (including partially burned candles or opened soaps)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@jennuinedesigns.com with:

  • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Your order number

We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info@jennuinedesigns.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Send the item(s) back using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
